Can't make apk
Anyone hit this? This is a Windows 7 installation of BlueJ. I installed the contents of the zip file, opened the env3D project, set the android SDK folder, ran the basic example, all is OK but when I try to make an apk it tells me I have not set the SDK folder. But I have done that, and the Run Configuration works so it found that. The instructions said to Run Android Configuration if I haven't already done that, but I have been using the SDK on Eclipse for a long time so really nothing should be necessary, right?
I am updating my SDK and will try updating BlueJ next, but just in case someone might have already solved this.
BTW, this is on latest env3D version. The "stable release" build does not show a field to put in the android SDK, even though the rest of the env3D section is there in the extensions tab.
Thanks for the report. I am currently developing on OSX, and there might be some path issues with windows. If you can, would you please replace the env3d_template/extensions/env3d_jme3.jar with the one attached to this message? Once it is replaced, you will see the message window when trying to create apk and you may see some error messages. Please post the error messages here.
One more thing, please delete the env3d_template/android directory if it exists.
So awesome to hear that it works now! I'll update the development version download with this bug fix.
Thanks and good luck with the class. I will be deploying this version for my Spring 2013 programming class also.
I am sure you guys have noticed but Marcia (or someone posing as Marcia) is putting advertisement all over the forum.
