Hi I am new to env3d and was wondering if I decide to sell a game made in env3d, what would the restrictions be.  Is there a license that I can read?

The GPL is what they refer to

The GPL is what they refer to as a "copy left" licence.  What it means is that you are free to do whatever you want with the code, including selling it -- as long as you include your source code also so others can study and modify your code.
So, if you want to develop a game to sell using env3d, you are welcome to do so as long as you include your source code somewhere so others can download.  If you want to use env3d in your projects without providing the source code, then we can probably work out some arrangement -- as David has mentioned, I'm very flexible.

Good luck with your project and happy programming!
